I had a pleasant stay at a hotel near the old town. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the manager even waived a cancellation fee for me. the room I stayed in was quiet, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the WiFi signal was strong, and there was a small supermarket across the street. We are on a budget walking trip and stayed at Hostal Neptuno for the second time. The location is perfect, just steps away from the bus and train station. The room for 3 people was spacious and comfortable. Great value for money! Despite some language barriers, the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
